I spent an hour or so at the Pier Head in Liverpool. It was a little quieter that time. I was able to stop and use my 360 camera to capture some different views.

A short walk around Newcastle City Centre on an overcast day

It was an overcast day when we took the bus into Newcastle. Thankfully the rain held off while we walked around and looked at some of the sights.

On a recent trip to Newcastle we headed over to Side Gallery, unfortunately they were closed. We had to make do with the images displayed on the wall outside.

Sunday morning on a windy New Brighton Beach on the Wirral

We headed thru the tunnel to New Brighton Beach on a beautiful but windy Sunday morning. It wasn’t too cold but the wind did pick up at times. Making walking interesting, depending upon the direction of travel.

The Candlestick Chimney, ventilation shaft for the Wellington Pit on South Beach in Whitehaven, Cumbria

We spent the day exploring in Whitehaven, Cumbria. After walking around the town we headed out along the pier to enjoy the view as the sun started to set. As we headed back towards the town we had a great view of the Candlestick Chimney. The Candlestick, a chimney built in 1850 as a ventilation shaft for the workings of Wellington Pit, located in the South Beach area of Whitehaven Harbour
